Citrus nose with hints of sherbet. Delivers a zesty lemon palate with balanced mouth feel and clean crisp acid. Classic Hunter style that can be cellared up to ten years.

Winemaking

Sourced from our Milbrovale Vineyard, the fruit was harvested at 11°C Baumé. Free run juice underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C until dry. The wine was then chilled and stabilised prior to bottling. The wine received a minimum of four years bottle maturation prior to release.
