This outstanding example of Botrytis Semillon is produced by the Riverina’s best known boutique wine producer Westend Estate. This wine has crafted from the vineyard to the bottle under the watchful eye of chief winemakers.
Possessing a soft lemon/lime bouquet with honeyed complexity, this wine would be a fitting conclusion to any meal or enjoyed on its own slightly chilled as an aperitif.
Picked from Bill Calabria's own vineyard at Baumé of 25%, this wine is then fermented in oak barrels.
