The 2005 vintage has produced a hallmark wine with lifted floral aromas and intense tropical fruit flavours dominating the palate, which finishes crispy to ensure a great match with all your favourite meals and complementing any spicy food.
Picked at 13.5% Baume early in the season, these Verdelho grapes were in pristine condition. The Wine was tanked and fermented in several batches and blended, fined and filtered prior to bottling in August 2005.
