Vibrant crimson in colour this wine displays a wonderful sweet strawberry nose continuing onto the palate and finishing slightly dry.
The Shiraz grapes from our Milbrovale vineyard were crushed then allowed to remain on skins for 48 hours. The juice was then fermented to a lively easy drinking wine.
