Our Late Harvest Semillon is a delightful wine made from concentrated Semillon grapes from our vineyard. The luscious sweet palate shows firm citrus acidity.
Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or with your favourite dessert.
This wine was made from premium Semillon grapes grown on our Milbrovale vineyard. Picked at 8.5 Baumé the wine was fined and then freeze concentrated. The high sugar juice was fermented slowly.
