This chardonnay shows rich stone fruit and melon aromas, whilst French oak barrel fermentation has added toasty vanilla and savoury complexity. The palate is rich and supple with a fine citrus finish.
Produced from chardonnay grapes grown at our Milbrovale vineyard. The wine was tank fermented followed by barrel maturation in French oak. A good example of a well integrated Hunter Valley chardonnay.
