This Oloroso was produced by solero method using as a base a very old sherry matured in 70 year old casks at Oakvale Winery.
Obvious aged oak characters of nutty, sweet toffee aromas. Lots of warm characters on the nose, carrying onto the palate.
Lovely alcohol integration and fine aldehyde gives great length. Subtle sweetness.
