Oakvale Wines

Oakvale Winery is located on Broke Road, Pokolbin, about 9km from the turn-off near Cessnock aerodrome.

From Sydney

1. Take expressway exit marked 'Cessnock'
2. Follow the signs to Cessnock; turn right at the lights into the main street (Vincent Street)
3. At the end of the main street, turn left and then immediately right into Wine Country Drive. Landmarks are the McDonald's Restaurant sign and the Cessnock swimming pool on the opposite corner
4. Follow Allandale Road for 7 kilometres to Cessnock aerodrome
5. Just past the aerodrome, turn left into Broke Road and continue for 4km to the 'T' intersection at Pokolbin
6. Turn left, then immediately right into the continuation of Broke Road
7. Follow the continuation of Broke Road for a further 5km, passing 'Tyrrell's', 'Chateau Francois' and 'Butterflies' (all on left)
8. The next property on the left, 1596 Broke Road, is 'Oakvale'

From Newcastle or Cessnock

1. Follow the signs to Cessnock
2. At the Cessnock swimming pool, take Wine Country Drive (if coming from Newcastle this will be a right turn). Landmark is the McDonald's restaurant sign
3. Follow Allandale Road for 7 kilometres to Cessnock aerodrome
4. Just past the aerodrome, turn left into Broke Road and continue for 4km to the 'T' intersection at Pokolbin
5. Turn left, then immediately right into the continuation of Broke Road
6. Follow the continuation of Broke Road for a further 5km, passing 'Tyrrell's', 'Chateau Francois' and 'Butterflies' (all on left)
7. The next property on the left, 1596 Broke Road, is 'Oakvale'
